About Me

I am originally from Alaska and draw inspiration from the forests of my hometown, Palmer, and the Tongass National Forest in Juneau. In May of 2024, I graduated from The University of Montana with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing. My story, “Beware the Blackwood,” has been published in the 2024 Staff Edition of The Oval, the University of Montana's undergraduate literary magazine. When not crafting stories, I can usually be found with my nose buried in a book, freezing at the ice rink, or getting lost in nature.
